Hermes silk scarf circa 1960’s
No tag, as was typical in the 1950’s and 60’s
I don’t know much about the scarf, only that it was a gift to my mother-in-law who was an au pair to a wealthy French family in the 1970s. They gave this to her as a gift of appreciation
Gorgeous scarf and very rare
Perfect for any collector
* There is a small turquoise colored mark on the top right corner of the scarf (see last photo). I have not attempted to remove it but I believe it would come out with professional cleaning.
