This is the third album, released 14 years after the masterpiece second album 『VOODOO』, which gained high acclaim and popularity worldwide, including in Japan. Q-Tip (frontman of A Tribe Called Quest) and Kendra Foster (vocalist of Funkadelic) wrote lyrics for several songs. The album also features Questlove (drummer of The Roots, known as a DJ, and also active as a producer for famous works by Elvis Costello, D'Angelo, Erykah Badu, Jay-Z, Al Green, and others), Pino Palladino (known as the first bassist invited to the band after the death of John Entwistle during The Who's reunion, and also serves as the bassist for the John Mayer Trio), and James Gadson (legendary drummer who participated in works by numerous famous artists such as Bill Withers, Quincy Jones, and Herbie Hancock), among other super luxurious musicians. Furthermore, this album is a masterpiece created entirely using analog techniques, from recording to mixing, utilizing vintage equipment.
