This piece is marked with the eagle and a 3. This piece is marked Hencho En Mexico, with the initials SJB. What's unique about this piece is the stamp is not a circle it is a triangle. It as acid tested, and it does test as sterling. Almost 2 inches long and 3/4" wide.
