Looks to be in good condition. I haven't used it on my camera yet, but everything seems to work as it should. Aperture is snappy, focus/zoom is pretty smooth, and the glass is clean (no fungus/haze, just a bit if dust). The lens barrel and hood look a little warped, but I haven't found it to affect the functionality.
Comes with: lens, caps, original hood.
