The dress bulges just slightly in part of the waist. I think someone probably pinned it closed here. Also on the interior of the dress right in that spot there's hems so that's stopping the material from hanging naturally. (see last pics and vid).
One of the sleeves could use having the threads tied off. The beads aren't actively falling off or anything. this piiece is in pretty amazing shape!!!
