This appears to be an edit version of the "Circular Motion" 7-inch record, which was a bonus item from the legendary club music magazine "Jockey Slut."

Everything in the photos is included.
I cleaned the record surface and played it through on my record player to confirm it plays to the end.

The record surface has scratches, scuffs, dust, and dirt.
Please assess the condition of the record surface based on the photos.

The label, jacket, and outer plastic sleeve have damage from aging, including scratches, scuffs, yellowing, discoloration, stains, dirt, and folds.
The inner plastic sleeve has been replaced with a new one.

I have checked the record for playback, but I have little knowledge of records, so I cannot guarantee the quality. Therefore, I will consider this a junk item. Please purchase with the understanding of this.

This is an old analog record. If you have any concerns about scratches, noise, skips, warping, or dirt, please refrain from purchasing.

This is believed to be a valuable record that came as a magazine bonus. It has some damage, but would collectors be interested?
