This is a Jamieson's V-neck Fair Isle knit vest. I was drawn to the special order pattern from Ships.
Jamieson's:

Founded in 1893 (currently in its 5th generation), it has been producing high-quality pure Shetland knitwear, and has been used by the Scottish Royal Family and the Prince of Wales. It is one of the few factory brands that continues to make traditional Fair Isle knitwear.
