【Material】
13.5oz selvage denim analyzed from the wartime model
The yarn is untwisted from vintage clothing, and spun with weak-strong twisted nep yarn and cotton leaf residue.
The uneven shape reproduces the natural mechanical unevenness due to the cotton blend and machine settings, and the weft yarn changes the number of rotations and shape with the warp yarn as a result of analysis.
The color of the cotton itself is now produced with higher whiteness due to breeding, but it is blended with American cotton to reproduce a creamy color similar to the brown cotton of the time.
Reproduces a darker indigo color than regular, without any additives such as sulfur.
